Habits

Habits are something you do every day to challenge yourself. Habits are things like making your bed every morning or brushing your teeth every night. My class started a habit to plank every day. We started this on October 24th. We started this challenge every day to form a daily habit. If you do the same thing every day (for example plank) you will build stamina. To track the days we plank we would color in the date on our habit tracker. To build our stamina we would increase how long we planked for by 15 seconds every week.

 

Before winter break we had a plank challenge. Whoever could hold the plank the longest would receive a treat. We started our plank challenge at the beginning of class after we read. Before the challenge our goal was 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I planked for 2 minutes and 36 seconds. I thought this was a great challenge to test our stamina.
