Hi everyone! Today I am going to talk about the book Front Desk by Kelly Yang. This book is about an Asian girl named Mia Tang. Mia is 11 and in 5th grade when she starts working with her parents at the Calivista Motel. I really enjoyed reading this book because of the characters and the plot. Each character had a unique personality and purpose in this book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves reading! This book is a window book for me because Mia Tang is Asian and from a different culture. Mia Tang also lives in California and I live in North Carolina so that would be a different experience for me if I lived in California like Mia Tang.
